Blessed are You, Hashem our God, King of the universe, Who created joy and gladness, chassan and kallah, mirth, song, delight and rejoicing, love and brotherhood, peace and friendship. Soon, Hashem our God, may there be heard in the cities of Yehudah and the streets of Yerushalayim the sound of joy and the sound of gladness, the voice of the chassan and the voice of the kallah, the jubilant voices of grooms from their chuppah and of youths from their feasts of song.
